The Streaming Festival

The Streaming Festival is a four-day-long online festival for audio-visual art.
Films are presented in carefully selected programs. The programs play on separate servers with high image quality and of course full screen on streaming media servers.
Programs have a limited duration and play non-stop in a loop until the next program starts the next day.
This system makes it possible for viewers to switch back and forth easily between the servers (each server showing a different program), thus the viewer can watch one program after the other without missing anything. With a decent connection like broadband, but even dial-up is sufficient, it's possible to plug into one of the festival streams at any time and start watching top contemporary films, made by independent filmmakers.
An unique feature of the festival is the collaboration with several influential audiovisual art, and film related organizations. Each of these
organizations will present their own special program during the festival.

The Streaming Festival is organized by the isfth foundation. (http://www.isfth.org)
